How to see which images are from outside sources

Hello, I had carestream imaging version 7 - I am now switching to version 8. I am an Endodontist and I import a lot of images from referring dentists. In version 7 I was able to see the imported images as they showed up in the other images section on the screen. On version 8 is there any way to distinguish between imported images vs images acquired by sensors in my office? It is very important for me to quickly determine which images were imported from outisde sources vs being taken by me in the office.
