Insurance “Inactive”

Error messages have been received when a new insurance plan is created. Maybe it is the way the plan is created and attached could be the issue although it was not an issue in previous versions of PW.  In an effort to reduce clicks, I usually add the Patient then add insured individual (Not the patient) then create the new plan, which works. The problem occurs when the plan is attached to patient who usually is the child or spouse. The error message received states inactive or similar. If the patient’s chart is being utilized by another, the chart crashes. To resolve this, all clipboards have to be closed (The plan is attached to the subscriber without issue) and then attached can be attached to the patient without errors.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
