It would be nice to color code notes to show hygiene one color, different color for each Dr. , phone call notes, RX, and so on .
I agree! I think I have asked this in the past. And the answer was no. But when hygiene or crown preps are out of different rooms it would be great to see at a glance. We are going cloud so all the rooms would be able to view it quickly

Interesting request! This isn't possible today (that I am aware of), but I will keep it in mind for future releases.
That would be an executing update and would make scrolling through notes SO MUCH easier
