Level 2 support & golden key disappearing off server

Interesting - we had a similar issue a few weeks ago. It was resolved with our IT. We have Windows Server 2012 and in two weeks having a new server installed with more current program. Also because of the CBCT, we need a new server. There are a lot of bugs in PW and it seems every year there are more. They are small but annoying.

I have connected with level and have a trouble ticket open but they have not resolved the matter. They think it’s because I was logging in via Remote Desktop from home but I see the problem even when I am in front of the server in person. It would be really helpful to get this resolved, but I think they are stumped.
