When creating a teledentistry claim, the NC Medicaid guidelines required the place of service to be set to 02 = Telehealth , instead of the regular 11 = Office. How can we set this value in the outgoing electronic claim?
This is not currently possible in PracticeWorks, but it is my understanding that Development is working to include this in the next update.
