Membership Plans

Jump to solution

I saw a post from 2019 about posting membership plan information into PW.  Has there been any updated information since that time on how to add the plan information and monitor in the ledger and/or software?

As of this moment, there have been no changes made inside the CS PracticeWorks software in regards to in-house membership/discount plans.

We have two options that we recommend:

1) Using automatic adjustment codes that would be applied for selected patients and/or potentially only for specific treatment codes.

These can be created on the treatment code list with the Automatic code option selected.

Depending on how you want the discounts to apply will depend on the other settings, but We'd be happy to assist with helping you set this up if needed.

2) Creating an Employer/plan and Insurance company for your in-house plan. This would be set up like typical insurance so it would generate claims with the codes. You would need to manually clear these claims every time.
