Can someone please log into my computer and "edit ledger record directly"?
I have to send an account history (likely a ledger printout) to an elderly patient and she is already confused about her bill - there is no way she is going to understand the payplan that happened at the end of 2022 and we accidentally made the Jan & Feb 2023 payments as 2022 payments.
