New Patient Appointments- Chart proposed is "layered" underneath Chart Existing from Other office

We came across an issue today with new patients. The clinical staff charted the patients existing restorations. On tooth #2, there was an old occlusal amalgam that needed to be replaced with a mesial occlusal composite. When the treatment was added to the chart at the end of the appointment, it appears that the proposed composite color is showing only on the mesial surface. It appears as if the previously completed work is charted "on top" of the proposed treatment as opposed to the other way around. This makes the proposed treatment look different on the hard tissue charting as opposed to the chart notes.

We have tried charting the proposed treatment through the chart and the treatment plan and on several different computers.

Is there a way to fix this?

Is this something that will be fixed in version 9? We are still having issues charting proposed treatment over existing work done in other office when they are charted in the same day.

Hello,

As long as the proposed treatment is added after existing treatment, it should be showing with the proposed graphic in the chart.

I would like to reach out to your office directly to investigate this.
