Nickname Printing on x-rays

Is there a setting to make the legal name print on x-rays rather than the "preferred name"?  We are running into trouble with insurance companies rejecting claims because the name printing on the x-rays is different from the name on the claim.  In cases where it is a common nickname for that particular name, we do not have a problem. In cases where the preferred name is completely different (transgender patient, patient uses middle name or nickname, etc.) claims are returned for x-rays that belong to the claimant.

Re: Nickname Printing on x-rays

The CS imaging software is designed to pull Patient Last Name, Patient First name from the name field on the clipboard. Unfortunately, there is not a setting that will make it pull from the Legal Name field. The only option in cases like this would be to have their legal name as their first name.
