We are using eStatements and ePayments. Recently a patient received an online statement and submitted his payment by clicking the 'pay now' button however the payment is not reflected in his ledger. Several questions have come up as a result of this transaction:
Where is the payment located? How are we notified of an online payment? How does the money transfer to our account?

This would actually be a question better suited for a member of the eServices team, I was unaware of the ability to even to online payments in this manner. I'll reach out to a couple of my contacts on their team and see if i can get an answer for you.
Correct, I was able to confirm that these are the steps needed.
Once you see the report come in about the payment, which may take 24-48 hours for the report to generate and be pushed out to you, you would then need to manually enter the payment onto the ledger.
