We are having an issue with sending emails through the imaging software in Practiceworks. This is only happening on one specific computer, but Practiceworks is saying that the version of Outlook is too outdated.
On every other computer, Outlook and Practiceworks are working perfectly. Any suggestions?
Someone from Imaging Support is going to reach out to you shortly. I primarily support PracticeWorks Office, but in my limited knowledge on emailing from within the imaging software, as long as that is a 32 bit version of Outlook 2010, it should work.
