Seems like I made a huge mistake allowing Patient Manager to be installed on my server. We have not used the PM service but the install has affected our Imaging and Pworks. Something is seriously wrong and I cannot get support.
Extremely upset with Carestream right now. System failure with patients in the chair is unacceptable.

Thank you. I received support today and it appears Imaging is back up and working, and I'm hopeful the Pworks 10.4 upgrade will solve the delayed sign in issues.

We've been waiting for support on this since Thursday. I'll post once this is resolved.
