Practice Works in the the Cloud and Solution Reach

We are using PracticeWorks in the Cloud and Solution Reach.  We have been using both for several years and just recently we have been having issues with Solution Reach syncing with Practice Works.  I talk to Solution Reach tech support every week on this issue.  I am now wondering if it is a Practice Works issue or a Solution Reach issue and why neither tech support can solve the problem.  Is there a direct line for Solution Reach to contact PracticeWorks Cloud techs?  I would appreciate any thoughts/advice on this issue.
