Has anyone successfully printed patient appointment labels from Practiceworks using the recommended Printer the Labelwriter 450 Turbo? I am assuming it is possible since the printer is a recommended printer option.
The Dymo 450 turbo should work fine, as would most other Dymo label printers.
When you are in the configuration of PracticeWorks and the label printer configuration you will select that printer, but you will also want to set the option for Paper size type to Single label, and the orientation to Landscape. This should make it print to the labels with the correct orientation and not try to force it to print to the Avery 10x3 label sheets.
Depending on what you're wanting to set the label writer to print for will depend on which printer setting in the Config you'll set.
After installing the Labelwriter configure: PW> configuration> documents>expert cards abd labels>appointment reminders> select the correct printer, paper source, paper size and then a test print.
Hi @aoliver!
Let me tag a few people that may have some tips. Are there any specific issues you are having?
@tsalcido @Rebecca_Adams do either of you have any tips for printing labels?
