Printing Treatment Plans

Jump to solution

I'm wondering if there is a way to choose which visits you want to print when printing a patient's treatment plan? We are planning to go chartless this year and one area we are concerned about is the treatment planning/quoting process. We plan on having all recommended treatment for a patient entered into 1 treatment plan. From there we are going to prioritize it into visits. It would be very nice to have the option to choose to print visit #1 and #2 only instead of the entire treatment plan. With a majority of our patients we go a few visits at a time and don't want to overwhelm them by presenting a high cost treatment plan from the start (especially when the treatment is planned to be completed over the next few years.)

Thank you!

Carly,

Currently, it is not possible to choose a visit to print when printing a treatment plan. I'm going to mention this to juriz‌ as I'm sure he'd be interested in hearing this idea.

Agreed - same mindset in our office, but we haven't committed to just one tx plan.  Unfortunately, that really hampers us because we can't access all of the tx plans when scheduling - only the oldest.  That makes us spend a ridiculous amount of time correcting tx plans, marking items completed, etc.

Robert,

Thank you for your response and for passing the idea along. It would be great to see that option on an update one day!! It would sure be a huge time saver!

I'm not sure who to tag on this as I'm not sure who is still at PW.  Can any CS PracticeWorks employee on The Exchange let us know where this idea stands?
