QR code on statements

I know that I've asked on previous occasions about modifying/personalizing our statements with no success.  I am trying again....  We would like to have a QR code on our statements - is there any way to accomplish this?

I also would like to be able to incorporate QR codes, specifically on treatment plans so the patients can choose a finance option.

The QR code is not something available today, but it is something they are currently investigating to add.

@tshaw I'm not sure I understand what you are asking.  In PW I go to File-Print-Statements-Prepare Statement Run.  Then I choose "send electronically".  After transmitting statements, I receive reports from PW regarding the statements that have been sent.  Does this answer your question?
