Some of our computers are not automatically refreshing the appointment page. It may look like every patient is "late" instead of updating when the check-in or are seated, etc. Any ideas on how to fix this? It just started happening. We haven't had this before. Thanks for any help!
The Auto Refresh rate for the Appointment Book is controlled by several settings on the Configuration ("Green") Screen. Follow these steps to adjust them:
Please note that if the refresh rate is set too fast, it may make the appointment book appear to flash or flicker. However, if it's too long, that machine will not get the updated status of appointments in a timely manner, which is similar to what you're experiencing now.
