When I view my security log and use a system event as in scheduling an appointment, it doesn't list any information. How can I see who scheduled a particular appointment? Is this an option?
Most likely those events you are looking for are not set to record to the log.
To enable them to record do the following:
Go forward those events will create entries in the security/audit log.
Correct. changing the setting is not retroactive in creating log entries. It will only record them from that moment going forward.
