Secondary claim waiting, not in office expert

Can someone please explain to me why this claim that should have gone out on 3/18/22 is not even showing up in the Office Expert? (it is NOT one of the two "secondary claim not submitted" listed)

DIC, Totals Recalc, and Insurance benefit reset were all completed at the beginning of April.

I have another one - different patient, same situation.  Secondary claim has been waiting since 6/6/22 - I just found it when patient showed up on my Delinquent Account report.  I don't remember what happened with the last one, but there is no reason that I can see for this to happen.
