Sending out statements

We just tried to print out our statements.  The printer glitched and did not print them.  Now Practiceworks thinks that we have printed them and there doesn't seem to be any way to "reprint" them.   Even Level 2 seems to be stumped.  I can't be the only one that has had this problem.  Anybody have any suggestions?

@gmrdmd Sorry I am late to the party on this and hopefully you haven't had the same issue again, but....it would seem to me that if you hadn't already cleared out the queue, you should just be able to go back to File-Print-Statements-View Statement Queue-Send to printer  and then Print all statements ?

😕🤔 It seems the only solution would be to print the report generated after the statement run and manually reprint each statement. Right click on any area of the clipboard and select the first option, "Re-print last statement"

This is true if the statement queue has been cleared out already but if it has not then one of our escalation team members can reset the statement queue to mark them as not printed again.

We have a utility that the level 2/Escalation representatives have access to that can reset the statement queue so that they are not marked as printed/sent.   If this is still needed let me know and I can bring your account and give you a call and do this for you.

They fixed it. Thank you. But why can’t that be in our utility so we don’t have to call and then try to get through to level 2.
