Hello Tammie

In order for a Doctor to show up as a prescribing doctor, they must have both a DEA number and they need to be checked as "Can be primary Doctor" on their profile's general tab.

They do not have to be marked as the patient's Primary Doctor on the clipboards, just have the box checked that they can be a primary.

@jdowner why would that be?  (why do the need to be marked as "can be primary doctor")  That should have no bearing on their ability to write an Rx.  For reasons that I won't get into here, we have one doctor that we don't want to accidentally be entered as the primary doctor on a patient's clipboard.  The only way to 100% prevent this is to take him off as "can be a primary doctor" - which we just found out today will prevent him from being able to prescribe.
