So Pissed

These repeated outages are unacceptable.

Where are our credit/refunds for all of the production we loose and computer companies we contact thinking it is something on our end?

Carestream needs to make this RIGHT! Credits to EVERYONE is a great start.

The only solution is to get out while you can. We switched PMS yesterday after repeated years of waiting for upgrades to system performance and reliability. These continual security breaches and horrendous slowdowns following the attempts to patch things up was the last straw. They are operating with a hopelessly outdated windows 2008 server coupled with an outdated version of Citrix both a security breach invitation and also the reason for all the poor performance. They are overwhelmed and it’s not going to end anytime soon

Who did you switch to?

Direct Quote from Microsoft website about Windows Server 2008:

"Support for Windows Server 2008 has ended.  On January 14, 2020, support for Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 ended. That means regular security updates have also ended. Don't let your infrastructure and applications go unprotected."

Thanks for the update!  Which software are you moving to and what's the transition process to get all your records moved over without losing data?
