We upgraded our computers and lost a few settings in PracticeWorks, particularly the the box format(draw lines)for statements and route slips. Where can we make the change to have them print with lines/boxes. I have attempted in the configuration screen with no success.
The option for Draw lines is still available in the 9.1 version of CS Practiceworks, It should also be selected by default for those items you mentioned. Were they not?
Additionally, if you happen to use HP printers, there is a setting within the printer preferences that can affect the lines being printed as well. You will need to go into the Windows printer settings screen.
In Windows 10 do the following:
1. Click on the Start menu icon.
2. Click on the Settings button on the left side of the start menu, which looks like a gear.
3. Choose the option for Devices.
4. Along the left side click on Printers & Scanners.
5. Select the printer being used for printing in PracticeWorks
6. Click the option for Manage.
7. Click Printing Preferences.
In the Printing Preferences window click the Advanced Tab and find the option for "print Optimization" change its setting from Enabled to Disabled and click OK to close and save the settings.
Go back into Practiceworks and try to print a route slip or statement again and confirm it is printing the lines now.

For the pausing, you'll want to go into the configuration of CS PracticeWorks and go to those item's print settings and check the box for "Draft mode" located under the box for "Draw lines." This setting usually corrects the issue with multi-page printing pausing between pages.
