Syntax experts needed

We are trying to have a message pop up if a patient is scheduled on one of 3 dates.  It looks like the parameters are set up properly, the syntax was "ok'd" by the software, yet the message is not coming up when we have test scheduled someone on the dates in question.  Any ideas?

I have NEVER been able to get actual dates to work in formulas. I think this is because PW internally looks as a date as a number (counts the number of days since 01-01-1900). I can get your automation to work using the following formula:

Appt.Date >= 44346
AND
Appt.Date <= 44348
