First off, I don't know what TSYS stands for - I saw it in other posts about ePayments, so I included it here.
We have been contacted on numerous occasions by Global Payments Integrated and are considering setting up for ePayment capabilities in Practice Works.
Can anyone using this feature give me the good, bad, and ugly that comes along with it?
A couple of questions that comes to mind are :
- On your deposit slip, how can you tell if it was a payment at the counter or if it was something a patient entered online?
- We don't use chart numbers - will that affect anything?
- What are the processing rates like?
