They can be tracking using the outstanding insurance claims expert which is accessed through experts menu>contact experts>outstanding insurance claims. Select to generate new. In the Inurance Claims Contact Expert Criteria screen, select "predeterminations only" or "both" options to have them included in the results.
The downside to this report (unless it has been corrected) is that it will also give you pre-determinations that have already been approved or rejected - not just the outstanding ones.
I haven't heard of any outstanding issues with this expert. I also reached out to others to verify if any outstanding requests for Development to fix anything here exist and was told no. If you are on the current version of PracticeWorks and are still having issues with this expert, please reach out to support.
Still have this issue, but it is not something that I'm in all the time (though it would be tremendously beneficial to our treatment coordinators), so it is not high on my priority list to contact support.
