The Treatment Plan Analysis section of the Monthly Monitor Analysis expert may give you the numbers you're looking for.
This is a good comparison snapshot, but is there anything that we can see actual numbers? What the doctors are looking to be able to do is enter a date range and have a report that generates the number of treatments proposed (or the number of patients that treatment was proposed to) and how many of them scheduled.
While we are on the topic of the Monthly Monitor Analysis, where is this data pulling from? For example, under "case acceptance increase" - how is PW determining that a case has been accepted? Is it from the "accept plan" button being clicked, from the treatment being scheduled, or from the treatment being completed?
Looking at the formula used for this, it's looking at the proposed and accepted dates which are created on the day the plan is create and the day the accepted button is clicked respectively.
TxDetail.TxPlanID > 0 AND TxDetail.ProposedDate >= FirstOfMonth() AND TxDetail.ProposedDate <= Today() AND TxMstr.AcceptDate >= FirstOfMonth() AND TxMstr.AcceptDate <= Today()
Also, there is another analysis expert available on the expert exchange that allows you to run it for a given date range. It's called Monthly Monitor V6. Editing or creating analysis experts isn't something we generally do in Support, though you could contact our training department about getting a custom analysis expert made by them to give you the count you want. There may be some charges associated with this though.
