Not sure if this is a new issue but we are seeing that the hard tissue tab does not show the tx plan red mark on teeth in hard tissue tab if the plan is "proposed." It used to and it seems to come back if you tab over to the tx plan tab, open it, fiddle with it, and then come back to the hard tissue tab; well sometimes it comes back and sometimes it doesn't. I'm including a couple of screen photos showing the situation where one shows the tx plan on #4 (expected behavior) and the other one does not show the tx plan.
Please note that this is happening on multiple workstations (not only one) and the situation is repeatable. A reboot of the server did not remedy the situation nor did running the data integrity check utility on tx plans.
Does the patient have more than 1 treatment plan? If there is more than one, it will ask when you open Charting which treatment plan you want to view (you can only view one at a time). If you cancel the screen asking you to choose, you won't see any treatment plans.
Joe, I am having a similar issue with completed treatment not properly displaying.
