Unacceptable lack of communication on outage

The start of another business day with uncertainty, stress and chaos. The update last night stated that access to our systems should be within a few hours. We debated going to the office late night to try to clean up the mess from the day and be prepared for the day ahead. We chose rather to get up and go in very early instead. Woke up to absolutely no new communication. Went in to the office with still no access. WHY was there no better communication overnight?? We connected to the Carestream cloud in March of this year after being told by Carestream that we needed to do this. We have had so many glitches since that time! Not happy with the constant interruptions of service in our office!
