We have recently changed out an operatory computer and are occasionally not able to open an image. An error message about an unrecognized file format pops up even though the file is saved as an rvg and the computer freezes. Has anyone else experienced this?
I'm curious as to where you are opening the images from? are you opening this from the chart in the images/xrays section, or from the attachments list for a patient?
If it's the attachment list, it may just need to have the default program that opens that file time set up.
Ok, I'd want to get in and take a look at it then. I'd want to confirm if it's an imaging, PracticeWorks, or file/windows issue.
