Update on eConnections 12/21/20


We have just been notified by a third-party partner of an unplanned outage on its end. During the outage, practices using Patient Engagement for campaigns, reminders, and confirmation requests will not have messages sent through the eConnections system.

The third-party vendor has already contacted affected customers and has assured us that Carestream Dental customers will be prioritized in getting them back online.
