I am thrilled to announce that version 8.1 is now available. This was a labor of love and includes changes to the appointment book that we think you'll be excited to see.

We see patients from 7:30am - 8:30pm. How can I make the full day visible on my screen? Right now I can see all of the am, but only half of the pm.
Nevermind - I found the screen resolution post. Unfortunately, my monitor does not go up to 1920x1080, so I can't see our whole day.
I'm not sure how long you've had your monitor, but if you are replacing it anytime soon you can get a larger one with a higher resolution. It will be able to display the full schedule.
I remember stumbling across a notation that in 8.1 we are no longer able to make appointments directly from the treatment in the tx plans (i.e. right click on the procedure in the tx plan, select "appointment information", and then enter the appropriate units, sticky notes, etc.). This is not included in the list above. Where can we find a comprehensive list of everything that has changed? (even the little-bitty items like this)
The list Jeremy has posted above is a complete list of changes. I've also tested what you are talking about in version 8.1 and appointment information is still an option.
Here's something else new (although I can't access it for some reason) - the "view credit card information" when I right click on the Visa payment on the ledger. Where does this come in to play?
Ok, maybe this is something that came out between 7.9 and 8.1 (which is why we didn't see it), but this is totally new to me: The "Collect" on the upper right of the ledger. On this patient, it is obvious where it is coming from, but otherwise, where does this pull from? Is this the only place where that shows up?
This is one a visual indicator we added primarily for Line Item Accounting. However it has benefit for all PracticeWorks users and was left in for everyone. For offices that enable Line Item Accounting there is a blue indicator letting you know if there is an amount that needs to be applied.
glad to see the fit to screen. I have 3 monitors in each treatment room. All are different sizes and brands. Makes for a nightmare to configure.
