Re: chart notes

As of v9  multiple charts can be open for the same patient. Juriz posted how this would look on the post PracticeWorks V9 Preview #1 - Multiple Staff in a Patient Chart

The Suspend button has been replaced with Post Work.

Post Work Button

Post Work becomes available when a patient's chart is placed in Completed mode. After charting procedures, the Post Work button is clicked. This notifies the front that the patient is ready for checkout (turning the appointment red), switches the chart to Existing mode, and keeps you in the chart to complete any other work such as notes or prescriptions.

Re: chart notes

Hello

If you are already on v9.0 of PracticeWorks, the notes disappearing when you switch between Chart completed/proposed/existing is a known issue to happen.  It is always a good habit to hit the post work button after entering a note to make sure it saves.

However, this issue has also been addressed in v9.1 of PracticeWorks which will be officially released within the next week or so. If you'd like, I can place you in the priority shipping list for the disk once it's available.
