We went live with eprescriptions this month and it's been nothing but trouble.
Called into support and they aren't available - they'll call back.
Anyone know why the prescription preferences aren't being saved? You'd think that's a basic simple process but the prescription preferences are not savings.
Also, when sending out an eprescription, they all go into pending status. Why? Training didn't show any extra steps needed...
Please help - don't know when eprescription support will call back.
