I noticed in one of our treatment rooms, the button on the clipboard for imaging has disappeared. The images button is still there, but it does not lead anywhere.
The imaging button in the chart no longer works either.
Did our imaging software somehow get uninstalled? How can we fix this issue?

I should mention that I'm running Windows 10 and under Programs and features I can still see CS 3D Imaging as being an installed program... I am not sure how this happened!
It seems like the link between PracticeWorks and the imaging software was lost. Did you update either of the softwares?
Most likely though uninstalling and then reinstalling the CS imaging suite will set the link back.
I ended up calling Carestream support and they verified that we needed to reinstall the imaging software. We are on it now!
