When posting a primary payment, we are given the option of sending the secondary claim electronically. Why does the claim submission window not open so we can indicate that the primary eob is being sent electronically and by what means ("as an NEA attachment", etc.), as well as any xrays or photos that will be attached? This would be much more efficient and practical than having to get back into the patient's ledger after the fact, open the secondary claim, enter all this info, back out of the ledger, etc. etc.
