Go to “TeamTalk”, select “TeamTalk Setup” option where the button “Extra Settings” is Add a new setting to be able to specify ADA codes and give a condition when making patient appointments, checking in or checking out patients.
For example:
When making an appointment for All patients, if ADA = 1110 show a TeamTalk note to all patients when attempting to make an appointment with this code or any other code the office might want to specify.
