Better emails from R4

At the moment we can only send basic text emails in R4. It should be possible to arrange email templates in R4 with attachments to go to patients which are customisable by the practice. Also colour and use of images in the emails. Other dental practice management software providers are able to do this and cannot understand why carestream are lagging behind.

I agree whole heartedly with this concept.

SOE is so far ahead of the game and the only thing keeping me with CS is the hassle factor of changing over to SOE but my patience is running thin.

SOE has so much more and it is time CS stepped up to the plate.

I have recently joined a practice using R4 and I cannot believe this functionality is not there. Jon Barton said on another thread "We know this is an area of the system that needs improvement." Here we are, 4 years on from this original post and still no progress. Any updates on this?
