In newer version could we have the option of viewing the list of claims (offered under LIST tab) by status: ie, open primary, open secondary, unremittted primary pre-authorization, unremitted seconday pre-authorization and Orthodontic claims.
yes you can. go to that document and in the upper right corner of the document, i think there is a share button. click it and a list will appear from which you can click the drop down arrow and a list of our spaces/groups should appear
I tried that but you need to have permissions to the original space the document was posted in to see it. It just places a link in the spaces you shared it to.
I know how to do the sharing - my point is about permissions. If you dont have permissions to see the content in it's original location - according the the Jive tooltip - you will not be able to see the content when you share it to the new space. So I posted it in OrthoTrac space but I want a SoftDent customer to also see it, according to the Jive tooltip - when I share it to the SoftDent space they will not be able to see it.
