E-signatures seem a perfect fit for GDPR.
it would be validated consent and would allow easy compliance with upcoming GDPR, updating any check-box system that records a patient is willing to be contacted via phone/post/text/e-mail.
E-signatures is a great system and deserves greater developement and effort to utilise it from Carestream. It could become an invaluable tool for practices and also another income source for Carestream! More “pro-forma consent forms” for e-signatures in general please
