Nick, We will not be back in that office until Thursday of next week (July 7th). I can have my assistant create a remote session then. I'm still a little unsure how a local server has an effect on a cloud-based service. We work out of two offices and in the second location we have the same hyperlink issue (utilizing a different server). It seems like the issue is not with the server, but with the settings established with our cloud service (especially since we never had this issue when using the server-based version of Orthotrac for the 5 years prior to switching to cloud). Do you know what they are looking for in this remote session? Thanks.

Nick, I just got into the office to check the hyperlink fix and...it's not fixed. I just logged in under Leizer105 and tried to save a file in imaging and all files/folders/etc appear as hyperlinks, still. Please advise.
