Since a lot of the patients in our town all work for twenty major employers, it would be great if we could search for a plan by employer to make it easier to find.
Additionally, it would be nice to search by group number. A patient may say they work for a restaurant but the insurance policy is under the company that owns many restaurants. I may enter the policy into our system as the name of the restaurant while my coworker may enter it under the name of the conglomerate resulting in the exact same policy being entered into the system twice. Searching by group number as other practice management software systems allow can eliminate this waste of time.
