Can you tell me if there is a way for an employee to view their log in and log out information in the system or even be able to print the report for there time alone without viewing other employees information? and if so what security level this requires?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make it so an employee can view their own time clock page or print outs without also having the ability to access other employees time cards, or having them all print out at once. The security access level would give access to all or none.
I briefly discussed this overall topic (multiple reports being lumped together) with juriz. He completely understood where I was coming from. Not sure how readily it can be fixed though.
Not as quickly as I'd like. The record lock changes will take up most of the upcoming release. This is something we can look at for a follow up though.
I would also like to see an update include correct dates that you put in. We set the preferences to start on Wed but I am always having to change the date as it starts on Sunday and prior to the day that I last ran the report. If that could be addressed OR have a way it could be made into a report in the report manager.
We have Softdent, employee can see there own clock in and clock out, List >Employees > select their name then select "time card". All employees names will be listed but they can only see their information. The only thing is you can not print it.
While that is true in the Softdent software, in PracticeWorks the timecards do not work in that way. In PracticeWorks, when printing it's all or none, and in order to view the timecard without printing, it's within the employee's profile, this would give them access to be able to change any employee's information and timecard if someone choose to do so. Access to this section is all or none as well.
