Patient Update

Is there something in PW that will print out when a pt checks in for an appt. that will print out their information for them to look over and make any changes, then sign & date it?

Yes, there is a way to set up something to do this. It can feel a little complex on the front end, but it works well once set up. Basically, you would need to set up a document and an event autolink, so that the event is triggered on check in causing the document to print.

We use pt info. Then go to Clinical management and click pt medical history.Under options click me print current history. We give this to patients and ask them to update any information. This allows both front office to change information needed and our clinical team to see medical history update before pt comes back to ops.

unfortunately, the steps that you gave are for the SoftDent software. This question is in regards to doing this within the PracticeWorks software.
