PracticeWorks: Adding a New Employee

To add a new employee in PracticeWorks:

  1. Click Lists.
  2. Click Employees.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter employee's information and attributes on the General tab.
  5. Enter any scheduling goals on the Scheduling tab.
  6. To create a password for the new employee, click the Other tab.
  7. Click Security Settings.
  8. Click Change password.
  9. Leave the Old password BLANK.
  10. Enter the new password twice in the specified fields.
  11. Enter the desired access level.
  12. Click OK to close the security settings options.
  13. Click OK to close the Employee Properties screen.
  14. Click Cancel to close the Employee List.
