Thank you for your question, this particular issue will be resolved in the next CS R4+ version update, the version number will be v6.3 and it is due to be released this month.

The patient must have at least one address line and a postcode set on the claim.
the claim already has both address and post code marked on it.
Any claim rejection would need investigating by our support team to advise on how to resolve it, if you are still having a problem feel free to let me know and I will arrange for a support analyst to contact you.
When will this update be done and will we have to resend individually all child claims as they are now mounting up at a great rate of knots?
The update will be available imminently, the support team will be rolling it out over the next couple of weeks, so expect a DVD in the post very soon.
Unfortunately it will be a case of resending each claim individually, the reason for this is each one needs to be re-encoded to ensure the claim passes validation and gets accepted for processing.
