I am trying to delete in patient's comms an imported file, but it seems that there isn't a delete option.
Unfortunately due to auditing reasons there is no feature within R4 to delete from comms, the only option you have is to rename the file.
To amend the name highlight the file and click "Edit Details" at the bottom.
I will raise a support ticket and call you to dicuss further.
