Sending an email to all patients with an attachment
I am looking for a list of steps to send an email to all patients with an attachment but cannot find it in the Help section.
Ihave created an email and a letter template but not ure how best to proceed from here.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you for your question, there is a training guide at the link below which explains how to create a query wizard which returns all patients with an email address. If you have created the email template already then from the query wizard results it should be possible to mail merge an email to send to all the patients in the list. It should just be a case of clicking on the Mail Merge button and then selecting the email template that you have created.
Unfortunately it is not currently possible to include an attachment in the email, there has previously been a suggestion logged in the 'idea's' section on the Exhcange for this.
