Hi,

In addition to the viewable information on Springboard, there is also a default report which displays patients with an open course of treatment and no future appointments.

1. From the main screen click Reports
2. Click Reports about appointments to display a list of reports
3. Click Open courses of treatment (with no booked appointments)
4. Select output format
5. Select the start and end dates for when the courses of treatment were opened
6. Click Run
