The attached job aid shows you how to send recalls using the CS R4 practice management system
I understand how to run recalls and to include a query for NHS or Private only patients, but is it possible at the same time to select a different recall message for each scheme of patients, for example an NHS patient would receive a different recall message than a Private patient, at the moment there is only one set email/sms/letter template in document manager for recalls and that is sent automatically when you run recalls and hit send recall...
